What we collect
The identity details your bank passes on at login, an email address, transaction history, and technical logs: device type, browser, IP address and sign-in times. We collect nothing that keeping an account standing does not require.
What it is used for
- Identifying the account and confirming the player's age.
- Carrying out deposits and payouts, and tracing them afterwards.
- Spotting abuse and play on someone else's behalf.
- Honouring the limits and breaks you have set.
Who it is shared with
The payment provider, to the extent a transaction requires, and the licensing authority where it asks on a legal basis. We do not sell data and we do not release it for advertising.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the session and the language choice; the site does not work without them. Statistical cookies record which pages are opened, not who opened them. Clearing and blocking cookies is handled in your browser.
How long it is kept
Account and payment records are kept as long as anti money laundering regulation requires, including after an account is closed. Technical logs are kept for markedly less. An exclusion record is kept for as long as the exclusion runs.
What you can ask for
You can ask for a copy of your data, for a correction of anything wrong, or for deletion to the extent regulation allows. Requests are handled at [email protected] within 24 hours.
Security
The connection to the site is encrypted and payments run through your bank's own system, so card numbers never travel here at all. Access to the data is limited to the people whose work requires it.

Material changes are published on this page before they take effect.
