Who can play

An account is personal and belongs to someone aged 18 or over. Pay N Play identifies the player through the bank, so the account is created in the name behind the credentials used. Playing on someone else's behalf, or passing an account on, is not allowed and ends with the account closed.

Deposits and payouts

A deposit posts at once. A payout returns to the same bank account the deposit came from and cannot be redirected elsewhere. Payouts are usually processed within minutes and, at their slowest, a few hours. We charge nothing on a deposit or a payout; what your bank charges is between you and your bank.

Bonuses

Bonuses here are non-sticky: your own money plays first, and bonus funds only come into play once that balance is used up. It also means winnings made with your own money can be withdrawn at any time with no wagering attached.

Every offer carries its own wagering multiple, its own expiry and its own maximum stake. Slots contribute in full toward wagering; table games and live tables contribute less or not at all. Going over the stake ceiling while a bonus is live voids the bonus and anything it produced. The figures that bind are the ones displayed on the offer when you accept it.

When something goes wrong in a game

If a game drops mid-round, the round is settled from the provider's own log. A clear technical fault, a misdisplayed multiplier or a win paid twice is corrected in either direction. We reclaim nothing we cannot demonstrate from the log.

Closing an account

You can close the account whenever you like and any remaining balance returns to the same bank account. We also close an account where it is used on someone else's behalf, where the identification is not genuine, or where the player has set themselves an exclusion.

Responsible play

Limits and breaks are set in the account settings, and support will set them for you as well. A limit is never raised on the spot: an increase takes effect after a waiting period, a decrease immediately. Peluuri takes calls free of charge on 0800 100 101.

These rules are revised from time to time. What is on this page is what applies, and continuing to play after a revision counts as accepting it.
